Their therapeutic approach is unique and effective and positive outcomes really do show. The children are loved and thrive in this environment.         I used to be an employee in one of their care homes. I have to say it's the best company I've worked for and all the staff are amazing. Long hours and challenging at times but ultimately very rewarding.
