Took my wive's Mini there to get an opinion on intermittent knocking engine noise. They quoted 80 pounds diagnostics fee which I agreed for; then they wanted to charge me over 100 pounds for diagnosis as apparently it required taking the valve cover off (which I do not believe could have been done within half an hour wait?). They "diagnosed" worn valve tappets and quoted over 1500 pounds for repair. Luckily I went to another garage which correctly diagnosed a partially split alternator/water pump rubber belt which was hitting against its cover, and fixed it for 165 quid. No evidence of any problems with the tappets and no further noise. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Extremely professional and really honest team. I have been quoted high for repairs but on investigation they found it was a minor problem charging me 1/10th of the quoted price. High quality workmanship. My go to garage for everything now. Highly recommended. 1 year from first review. Exactly the same first class service!
