Absolute Stars: Emily & Lewis at Toolstation I just had to share my incredible experience at the local Toolstation, where Emily and Lewis, the store supervisor and manager, are true gems! Not only did they provide top-notch service, but they went above and beyond to ensure I was more than satisfied. When I walked into the store, I was greeted with the warmest smiles by Emily and Lewis. Their energy was simply contagious! Emily was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. She guided me through the store, helping me find exactly what I needed. Meanwhile, Lewis, the store manager, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and leadership. He ensured that every customer received the attention and assistance they needed. It's rare to find such dedication and passion in retail, and it was a breath of fresh air! The moment I thought my experience couldn't get any better, Emily and Lewis surprised me with their willingness to bend over backward to help! They made sure I left the store happy and confident in my purchase. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Great store helpful staff even had stock of products the catalog said next day delivery which was a bonus keep up the good work
