Mike has been excellent to me. Very quick response when I had a light bulb in the kitchen dripping water and also when a nail went through a pipe in the wall. Very good of him to give me advice and help over the phone too (especially when my finger is pressed against said pipe) Would highly recommended as he's a great guy too
