        Zoe & her team were absolutely superb from start to finish. Good, honest conversation at the start, great staging photos, plenty of viewings, followed up to get offers & fantastic communication throughout. Couldnt recommend more highly.

        During a year we will never forget Zoe and her team sold our house in Stortford. From the initial meeting before lockdown, and then updates regularly on when it was going to be a good time to proceed, we found the service both professional and personal. The route from "Sold" to exchange was a long and drawn out process, due to issues with owners of our onward purchase, however Zoe worked tirelessly to keep us updated on the whole process. She was the agent informing other agents on what was going on, and despite at times feeling I'm sure like she was chasing her own tale, she continued to keep us continually updated. From start to finish, from photos and videos of our property, viewings with relevant PPE, to actually getting us to the point of exchange we highly recommend Zoe, and Wardsmith and Co.
