Such amazing sevice from Lewis. He really went over & above, to help me order my new Mini. Group 1 Stansted Mini are very lucky to have him as part of their team. Very well presented showroom. I definitely recommend this dealership.

The 5 stars is for Lewis Parker who sold me my mini, cannot fault him and his customer service so well done Lewis. However I've had my car washed and vaccummed a few times after servicing ect and unfortunately the quality of this leaves much too be desired, whilst I appreciate this is a complimentary free service unless your going to do it properly it's pointless offering this service my car still has muck and grime on the outside where it hasn't been done properly, and the inside of my car is still bitty and dirty, which overall is a waste of your time aswel as mine as yet again I've got to take it to be professionally cleaned, the amount the servicing costs you could really take a bit more time and effort too improve the quality of cleaning service you provide
