        I would like to write a review for the amazing Adrienne at Karmaspace Yoga. I attended one of Adriennes Iyengar yoga classes as I felt I needed to focus on healing & reconnecting with my body after undergoing a double mastectomy with reconstruction . Adrienne was warm, welcoming & totally compassionate. After my first group class with Adrienne I was moved to tears by the connection & openness I experienced. After the class Adrienne took the time to email me with positions that would be beneficial for my personal circumstance this was so kind. I continued to attended moving & stimulating classes with Adrienne as well as under taking 1 on 1 sessions which were so rewarding. Adriennes method of teaching Iyengar yoga is totally tailored to you personally & the hands on alterations really made me progress. If you want a life changing yoga experience then please try Adrienne as what she delivers is amazing.
