        Very disappointed with latest dealing with Pellys. Have used in the past and they were excellent. There communications, customer care, attention to detail, quality of work and timekeeping are appalling. Update: Finally, two months after starting the process, we were contacted by someone from Pellys (TA), who has done an excellent job and produce a great Deed of Trust, all the opposite of the above issues. Stars changes from 1 to 3 to reflect this update.
