        Avoid. This company overpromises and under-delivers. We are a busy bar / restaurant - our dishwasher failed. We ordered from this company immediately - on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. Delayed to Thursday. Delayed to Friday between 11 and 1. Further delayed to between 3 and 4. Then promised by 5. Then, they all went away for the weekend. We eventually got it Monday. Huge inconvenience.

        Ordered a tumble dryer for work. No communication to say that it wouldn't be arriving within the stipulated time. When we contacted them they said it wouldn't be available for 3 weeks. Cancelled order. Asked for refund. Told it would be done the same day. Contacted again a week later. Still no refund. Just contacted them again. Awaiting refund. Awful awful awful. Avoid.
