Bovis Homes - Stortford Fields

Had a meeting with Hope today. She was very friendly and thorough with the process of buying a new home with Bovis. It's a very big development and is currently on phase 3 of the build. Unfortunately there are no show homes available to view.

Great experience so far. The sales advisory team and the meeting with the builders were excellent. Only slight gripe is the relatively low standard of the kitchen interiors to choose from and the added expense to upgrade

The entire development is full of drug dealers and council house flats. Constant noise and disruption, and you cannot safely walk out in the street. In addition, BOVIS (Vistry) are actively selling properties in this development that have a ransomstrip (Google the term) in front of the plots. They employ bullying and deceitful tactics in order to bait prospective buyers into using their own recommended solicitors to sell a house, taking the money of unsuspecting buyers , effectively selling them a house that cannot be resold in the future!! BUYERS BE AWARE!! Predatory tactics. Do yourself a favour and look to buy elsewhere
