Have some really genuinely caring employees, who seem hampered by poor communication within depts. Doesn't get better, they sub contract too much. Cheaper service mean cheaper and poorer service to tenants !

Never ever answer phones, our homes are not looked after as they should and we still haven't been given our carbon monoxide monitors we were promised last year and now the offices are going to be closing so you will not be able to talk to anyone face to face recipe for disaster!!!

Absolutely rubbish communications systems let the genuinely sweet staff down. Only one number for the main switchboard, leading to massive queues and as a full time engineer , I don't have the time to hang on a phone for 45 mins which is what happened last time. I've had to apply for a garage by email and the email address on the signage is incorrect. I had to send it to the main enquiries email and that was 6 weeks ago- I've heard nothing since. Circle are currently rated as 2nd place in the worst housing associations in Herts and Anglia.

Good landlorf. Little too expensive but a lot of new homes and flat makes it fine.
