Valy and his team did a wonderful job building and renovating for us. His team are skilled and professional. They were always kind and careful around our children and understanding of challenging parking arrangements. Matt was always on hand as a point of contact for any questions and still is. The payment arrangements were simple and professional with no surprises. Valy is an excellent project manager, when things didnt go quite as planned during covid, he communicated well, gave us options and ensured things still ran smoothly. Due to different projects, we worked with VSM and another local company around the same time and had very different experiences. When we next plan to renovate it will undoubtedly be VSM we call and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. Valy and his team completed a full renovation of our house. With 25 years of neglect the works required were extensive including a full rewire, replaster, new radiators, new kitchen, bathroom, building an additional shower room, floor levelling and carpeting. Valy fully managed the process, was responsive to email and phone contact and delivered a high quality renovation with reasonable price. The time of works are within our expectation. Valy and his team have completed our ground floor renovation, kitchen refit and extension to a high standard. We are so pleased with our 'new' home. We used VSM last year to build a ground floor extension on our home, fitting out a new kitchen-diner and turning the original small kitchen into a downstairs loo and utility. They also fitted some internal doors to divide a room in two, and laid a new patio. Overall, we were very happy with VSM. Most of their subcontractors were excellent. They were very considerate of the fact that we were living in the property, with young children and a cat, and did their utmost to minimise disruption and keep things safe. They were also considerate of our neighbours. VSM were very professional in terms of money - pricing was very transparent, it was clear what was included in the original quote, and we had a paper trail for any changes. Snagging was completed to our satisfaction and they have been responsive to post-completion queries. We wouldnt hesitate to use them again if we were undertaking building work. My experience as a sub contractor with VSM property services LTD. VSM Property Services LTD hired me for a bathroom job. The price I originally quoted was providing they supply all materials and materials would be there ready, this didnt happen and VSM Property Services LTD expected me to wait around for days for the same quote for materials to arrive. On the first day I had to redesign the bathroom as the design VSM Property Services LTD provided didnt work in the small bathroom, on top of that they got their own tiler in and kept providing me with dates to arrange second fix as to which I would turn up and the tiler wasnt finished. Matt from VSM Property Services LTD was my point of contact and once the job started there was no contact. On the last day of the job I was there to finish second fix I installed all items apart from piping in the radiator as they didnt have the TRVs. Along with this I am still owed money to this day for not returning for TRVs as I was losing too much money. The company dont have the experience to provide and communicate effectively. So just know if you are using this company they are sub contracting works so as a sub contractor expect a bumpy ride. And as a customer expect delays.
