Lee was recommended to me by my sister who had recently had some work done to her lounge which me and the wife agreed was to a very high standard. We wanted to renovate two of our upstairs bedrooms, including the replacement of the windows, insulation of the exterior walls, replacing the radiators, conversion to spotlights, installation of a wooden fitted loft ladder and a number of other bits and pieces. At the same time we wanted to completely remodel our tired downstairs shower room into a utility, with a new butler sink and space for our washing machine and tumble dryer. This included retiling the floor and backsplash, electrical work, as well as some quite detailed second fix carpentry on the oak worktop and the cabinetry. Lee and Rytis were always on time, very courteous and we could always tell that they both had the experience to know exactly what they were doing at all times. There were issues and set backs, as there always is with these things, and they handled them without any stress or additional costs to us. The two things that stood out above anything else however were, firstly their attention to detail, especially on the second fix carpentry which is absolutely beautiful, especially in the downstairs utility. Secondly it was their cleanliness - whilst you can never leave somewhere completely dirt and dust free during building work, it often felt like they hadn't been there at all at the end of the day due to the job they did cleaning up after themselves. The guys Lee brought in to do the electrics, plastering and plumbing work were also some of the best we've ever encountered and always followed his example of being very tidy and polite. Overall, Sadler Construction were pretty brilliant as far as I'm concerned and me and my wife are already thinking about getting on with the kitchen, for which we would not hesitate to use Lee and Rytis again. Lee and his team transformed our family bathroom into a modern usable delight. Lee went out of his way to source a shower tray, sliding door and towel radiator after we were let down by a supplier. This is the second time we've used Sadler Construction and I've a few more projects I'll be calling them back for. Having Sadler Construction manage the project took the stress out of it as they organise everything. Services: Installation, Paint indoors, Flooring
