Daniel Robinsons arranged my father in laws funeral on Mon 9th Jan 2023 and I cannot fault anything. It was all beautifully arranged and conducted with professionalism and dignity and such respect and they made the day so much easier for my family to deal with and we would like to give them our heartfelt gratitude for their help and guidance. We tragically lost my husband suddenly to Covid earlier this year and were recommended very highly to Daniel Robinson & Sons to take care of our final goodbye . In the tragic circumstances I can honestly say that Daniel Robinson staff were the most caring , thoughtful and professional to us all in our family . From our first contact they facilitated the most wonderful goodbye to my husband. Debra Barton ( B Stortford ) was always at the end of the phone and email at any time to help us with all the arrangements , and more , and not only did Debra and her staff go the extra mile , they all went the extra hundred and more miles. Due to covid restrictions also it was such a difficult time but the care and consideration and safety measures were always at the top of the list to make sure everything went so smoothly without us as a family having to worry at all . Trevor ( B Stortford) and all the pall bearers too made us feel calm as we could on the day , they could not have taken better care of my husband for his farewell. We cannot thank all the staff enough for a most tragic day being a lovely goodbye.

They handled the funeral in my father with dignity and kindness 25yrs ago. They have now today been called in to manage the passing of my mother in law, I'm glad it's being dealt with by such a professional company but sadly it's never a pleasure to see them.
