From the first moment that we spoke to Lisa over the telephone I felt without hesitation that Lisa at Barringtons was the one to put my trust in, to ensure that my dad would be looked after on his final journey. The way that Lisa dealt with everything in a loving, caring and respectful manner was exceptional. The little touches such as playing my dads favourite music in the chapel of rest, and being there to answer any questions day or night really helped us all. Lisa and the team at Barringtons were outstanding, their family values shone through in dealing with me and my family, they managed to make a very sad time a very special experience which can only be credited to Lisas remarkable abilities as a funeral director. We cannot thank or praise or recommend the wonderful Lisa and Nikki enough for leading us through our recent heartbreak. From the very first minute of contact they looked after everything. They were and still are available day or night if we needed their help or even just for support. Never did we feel, this was a business, both girls were friends helping us through the most difficult time. Thank you Barringtons, for everything. Your kindness, compassion and understanding is priceless.

I cannot thank Lisa and Nikki enough for all their help with my Nans funeral. You made a truly difficult and emotional time so much easier to bear, and the whole journey wouldnt have been the same without all your help and support. Everything, from taking her into your care with dignity and respect, holding our hands throughout the arrangements, and guiding us through all the possible options in your lovely and light office, allowed us as a family to create the perfect send off for her. Your compassion and attention to detail is second to none. You really did look after her, and us, as if we were family, and that means everything to us. We wouldnt have wanted her to be looked after by anyone else.

Thank you to Nikki and Lisa for their flawless organization and detailed focus with respect to my Mum's funeral arrangements. They were able to handle the repatriation process expertly and made sure we were kept in the loop at every step. All the little details that we mentioned were incorporated effortlessly - they didn't forget a thing and surprised us with the little extra touches that you wouldn't get elsewhere. You are patient, kind, honest, and most of all extremely respectful. If I could give you 10 stars I would!

I can't recommend Barringtons highly enough. Nikki and her colleagues supported us through such a difficult time, with professionalism, respect and sensitivity. Nothing was too much trouble. They took care of every aspect of my Dad's funeral, and the celebrant they recommended to us was 'amazing!' The service they provided us with was exceptional, and we are so pleased that we chose a small, family firm. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! xx
