        Ordered a bouquet for my mums 60th birthday . The flowers were honestly amazing, my mum loved them brilliant service at very short notice. Would highly recommend.

        Really bad experience given that this florist is affiliated to Interflora. 24 hours after placing an order through Interflora I was told that my order was cancelled 'due to unforseen circumstances'. When I finally got to the bottom of who Interflora had outsourced the order to and questioned what those 'unforseen circumstances' were, I was told Fredericks had cancelled the order citing 'too far to travel'. It was 6 miles and would have taken 17 minutes to drive there. No one at this florist had the foresight to source another florist who COULD fulfil the order and my friend didn't get her 40th birthday flowers. Have suggested Interflora remove this branch from their list of providers. Very disappointing.
