Went for a hen do, the staff were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to make it a fabulous evening.

Unfortunately, although the food that did arrive was quite nice (although one meal was wrong and had to be sent back), it took two and a half hours to do so - we eventually left after waiting for dessert for 50 minutes. Sorry - I'm all for supporting small local businesses, but to wait that long for what was essentially a Sunday roast was ridiculous.

At the entrance, Daisy was there to welcome you, who, right from her professionalism, immediately worked to prepare the table and let us sit in one of the unreserved seats. As soon as we sat down, he immediately served us the menu, with which we decided (thanks to his advice) our appetizers and first courses. I guess we arrived earlier than booked, resulting unexpected, maybe that's why they took a little longer in the kitchen. I recognize that, if the reasons may be these, I'm happy about it, it means taking care of the food and the preparation, so there is "wasting" more time to get the ingredients from the fridge so as not to compromise quality and freshness. I repeat, apart from the delay in the arrival of the dishes, I can affirm that the chef Artkins is the brigade of the homonymous restaurant, he knows his stuff, as well as the co-founder of the restaurant in quality of assistance and care of the guests, with a good customer care service. Small note to add, they have removed home deliveries precisely because they prefer to maintain the quality and taste of the products which, depending on factors external to the restaurant, could be compromised. Domenica,eravamo in tre e cercavamo un posto ove potevamo mangiare della buona carne di manzo visto che, la maggior parte dei ristoranti hanno pollo oppure hanno prezzi assurdi. Cos,mi sono preso la responsabilit di conciliare un ristorante che nonostante aperto dal febbraio (se non erro) del 2020, non sono mai riuscito ad andarci. All'ingresso,ad accogliervi c'era Daisy,che fin la sua professionalit si subito adoperata per preparare la tavola e farci accomodare in uno dei posti non prenotati. Appena seduti,ci ha subito servito il men, con cui abbiamo deciso (grazie ai suoi consigli) i nostri antipasti e primi. Immagino che siamo giunti in anticipo rispetto ai prenotati, risultando imprevisti, magari per questo che in cucina hanno impiegato un po' pi del tempo. Riconosco che, se le motivazioni possono essere queste, ne sono felice,vuol dire cura per gli alimenti e la preparazione,quindi ci sta "perdere" del tempo in pi per prendere gli ingredienti dal frigo da non compromettere qualit e freschezza. Ripeto, a parte il ritardo nell'arrivo delle pietanze, posso affermare che lo chef Artkins la brigata dell'omonimo ristorante, sa il fatto suo,cos come La co-fondatrice del locale in qualit di assistenza e cura degli ospiti, con un buon servizio di customer care. Piccola nota da aggiungere, hanno tolto le consegne a domicilio proprio perch preferiscono mantenere qualit e gusto dei prodotti che, dipende da fattori esterni al ristorante, potrebbero essere compromessi. Spero di ritornarci un altro giorno e modificare la stella da 4 ->5. Se le meritano tutte.
