I have worked with David, Brad and the Magento Development team for just over a year now and would certainly recommend their digital services. They took over the management and improvement of our Magento built website, provided digital marketing services for SEO and PPC. More recently they have designed and built a brand new website on Magento, which looks great and was delivered earlier than planned. I would strongly avoid using AdLab for any work using the Adobe (Magento) Commerce platform. Our site was supposed to be live 6 months ago after a 4 month build. Due to significant issues it still isn't live, some of which have only just come to light because they do not thoroughly test their work and just assumes with different versions and updates that data would be handled the same, which in this case it clearly wasn't. Again they are pushing for a completion date which they have done a few times now but if we launched the site in its current state it would breach GDPR, which is quite serious, but again they don't seem to be taking responsibility for the package they have sold us (they are a partner) and making sure it actually works. The first time they tried to launch the site half the payment gateways didn't work if you ordered more than one item, discount codes didn't work, some of the customer data hadn't been transferred and it was sharing the wrong customer data in the payment system. All of this should have been tested before launching by AdLab. To summarise: 10 months in to build a site which was supposed to take 4 months, a complete wasted year on an Adobe license at significant cost, they took an extra payment before launch due to miscalculations on the outsourcing they wanted to do, and we still don't have the shiny portfolio website we were promised.

It was great to work with David and Team at Adlab to transform our website over to the new Magento 2 platform over the past year, and our customers have given great feedback on how easy it is to navigate around the site order from us over against over Fine Food Wholesalers.
