Wow who knew dry cleaning could be so expensive. It's cheaper to go buy the item again ....20 for a coat that just needed a refresh. The staff are very friendly and super helpful and a text to say it was ready was professional together with a clean well laid out store. I'm not convinced that spending that kind of money on an item that doesn't require special treatment is really worth it.

My wife has a favorite dress, dark navy blue with white collar and cuffs. She continues to look stunning in it, however felt unable to wear it due to grey-black streaks on the collar and cuffs. There was little improvement after dry cleaning, so rather than saying tough break, the lady at Bishops Stortford, Bishops Park (near Tesco) Johnson insisted on continuing to try different cleaning approaches. AMAZING results - the dark navy in still dark Navy and the collar and cuffs are WHITE. my wife and i are delighted. To top it off, I had also left the scarlet cravat which i wear with my kilt as i had spilled birthday party food on it, and to my delight it has come back spotlessly clean. We've been using this Johnson Dry Cleaner (they also cut keys very reliably, sell sewing supplies and various other items) for years and will continue to do so. 1 star as they ruined an expensive coat by drying it inadequately before returning. Currently lodging a formal complaint and waiting to hear back. 1 star as fortunately they did work with me to get a technical report done and somewhat accept responsibility. However I come to a professional cleaner to successfully clean my garments - not give me mediocre customer service! I do NOT recommend taking expensive garments here and will NOT be using them ever again.

Helped get an old jersey repaired and the staff were all incredibly helpful during the whole process, even came out saying how proud they all was with the end product. Cannot recommend enough
