Usually very good service but this time Evri, for some reason, informed Coopers it couldnt deliver and returned the goods to them. It did have my correct postcode. Evri didnt inform me of this and neither had Coopers updated me.

Trying to return a parcel is an absolute nightmare! Very unclear, unhelpful advice . Although a return label was supplied, you still have to phone them (although you cant get through!) Emailing gets answered eventually, but very unclear directions. Give 4 working days notice for collection ! But dont say who to contact!
