        A big thank you to Ellie W from Argos at Jackson Square in Bishops Stortford who served me today. Such an amazing customer service. She put a lot of effort to help me today with my return even though I could not find my receipt. She still found a way to find my details and to help me to resolve the issue. Loved her professionalism and helpfulness.

        Bought "Thunderbolt to Ethernet" for my Macbook. I went home ,i opened carefully the box and i saw that i don't have Thunderbolt, just USB-C I went back the same day, to change it with the correct, but because i opened the box,(0 damage to the box),,they are not accept it back.Never again Argos.. I prefer Amazon.
