Absolutely phenomenal school! I trained here all my life and tracey is the most professional kind hearted fun teacher. She got me to an incredible standard of dance that I managed to train professionally at a performing arts college and then went on to tour the uk with westend credited shows! Send your kids here!

My 8 year old daughter's review is: I think that Tracey helps me learn more at dance and encourages me to step up for new activities, she is an amazing dance teacher. I would completely recommend the dance school, I have loved it for 3 years.

I'm not sure Tracey Walker's school will be for everyone. If you love the idea of shows and can prioritise them in your life you and your child will have lots of fun. Conversely, if you just want a friendly, relaxed and inclusive, child centred weekly class to inspire a love of dance the fit may be less good. We all managed to upset Tracey - and she us ( both parents and grandparents) - over a two and a half year period. Recently we were in trouble for having to give six weeks notice that the girls couldn't participate in a show. Granny was then not allowed to sit in on a class at the end of term ( as is normally offered) as 'it was in the show'. So the poor girls couldn't show off their term's work to anyone. The constant feeling that we were not getting it right has now done for us - and Tracey is relieved to be shot of us and has said so. Tracey is an astute business woman and provides uniforms etc ; ballet awards for children rewarded those who had the 'correct' TW School clothes and required hairdos for example. We gave it a good go but now need somewhere the girls are not sidelined because of their parents' inability to do better.
