        Review is based on my experience of the online shop. Ordered an item but after two weeks of waiting I hadnt received my order. I sent an email but ended up calling as didnt receive a response. Turns out theyd been closed for two weeks over Easter and the person who deals with the shop only appears to work part time. I eventually received an email saying they couldnt send the item as it was too difficult to package and send so Id been issued a refund. Awful service! No mention of closure on the website, if Id known Id have ordered from elsewhere. And I shouldnt have been allowed to purchase an item for delivery if they arent able to post it.

        My daughter has been here for a few years now and I can honestly say they are lovely with the kids and parents. I always get an answer to every question, the staff are polite and professional and my child looks forward to Saturdays. Ms Graham is amazing with the kids, very calm but firm and very professional also very empathetic. This is a good learning environment. Florence O
