        Absolute shambles of a place, if i could give it no stars i would. I ordered on a Friday to pick up the following day on Saturday, and they called me saying they hadn't ordered it in time. I said the only other day i was able to pick the money up was first thing on Thursday morning, the day i fly. I even called the day before to make sure they had it. Turned up, not open. No sign of anyone for 45 minutes. So I phoned the central line and spoke to customer services who spoke to the area manager, and nobody knew why they were closed. I then had to go to another branch as i was running out of time before heading to the airport, causing me unnecessary stress on the day i travel. These are local to me but i'll never use them again and would advise anyone not to. In fairness, the gentleman at customer services was very helpful and i was grateful to him for his assistance.

        Ordered money. Booked for date off work. Gave them 1 week. Went to pick up on date. Told it may be 17.30, as not in. Pick dates for collection carefully. Now I have a 5 day till I can collect.

        Actually its should 0 stars they have not a good service agent Lizzie according to her name tag obnoxious and rude and unaware of European ids ! Very disappoint I wouldnt recoment to anyone
