        They are an awfully unprofessional company. Started refurbishing my parents kicthen and bathroom and was told this will take two weeks. Three week in without a kicthen they are now saying another week. One of my parents is registered disabled. When I informed them of this their man 'Richard' started arguing the semantics of me telling him thr day before that my father was unwell and not 'disabled', as if that makes any difference. By the way it only took them three hours to rip everything out and walk out, any professional company would do this when they had the kicthen and bathroom on site before leaving elderly and vulnerable people in this position. Their man has all the excuses loaded in the barrell ready to go. They are a shockingly awful company and you can't speak to anyone actually in charge of projects when you call their phone number as they are all in 'meetings'. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
