I had a problem with my Google Security and he solved it and never gave up when it looked like all the obstacles were against him.
I lost all internet connection because of there being a problem at the main box in the street and was trying to connect my Iphone to my Mac by using my Hot Spot, which was not happening. 1 hour with EE and 2 technicians later, who were telling me that the only thing to do was a factory reset. Not wanting to do that, I asked Chris to jump on a call with me and in 5 minutes flat he solved the problem and I could get my days work done.
