        Yesterday I had a disaster with my macbook which somehow wiped all of my user profile and data meaning I lost everything. Jack and Sean at Tranquil IT tried everything they could to recover my data and spent a long time talking to Apple support and trying their best to fix my laptop. Unfortunately my data was not recoverable but they set up a time machine back up for me so that if this ever happens again I can recover my data. I learned a valuable lesson about backing up data and would highly recommend going to see Tranquil for data back up (or any of your IT needs) . They now sell USB memory sticks too which can be handy for saving those important documents.
