        Visited 13.00 on 02/04/2023. Coffee Shop was not particularly busy and tables and chairs were dirty. One chair had a brown substance all over it, wont visit again for a while.

        Walked in at 14.35 in Bishops stortford. The 2 girls on the counter where talking about their personal business. It took a while to be acknowledged. The service was very robotic but fast, once acknowledged. The quality of the mocha is better in the machines. I asked for the drink in a takeaway cup but barista started to pour it in a eat-in cup because they they didnt listen. Attention to the customer=0. Unfortunately this is quite a re-occurrence in Bishops Stortford!! Much better the other shop in THORLEY/Tesco. There was only another customer behind me. So, it wasnt really busy as well.
