I placed an cutomized online order for two dresses for my daughters to wear on their brother's big day. Although when placing the order I was very clear the back neckline could only be 7 inches deep they arrived with extremely deep back line practically down to the waist. Izabela was able to take material off the dress from the length as they arrived too long and use the material to cover the back of the dresses. She made the dresses looks absolutely stunning you would think the dresses came like that. The customer care Izabela gives is none other than outstanding, her service is 100% the lady is a genius. Izabela literally saved me!!! I went in quite ten days before my wedding with a dress that didn't fit properly due to being pregnant and not knowing how big I would be at the time of the wedding. Although it needed a lot of work she worked late into the evenings and even on her day off to get it sorted for my wedding. She did such a beautiful job and I cannot thank her enough for helping in my hour of need when I was at maximum stress.
