        Bought an Evoque earlier this year. The car hadn't been checked over properly prior to collection as the tyre pressures were way down and dust caps were missing. Having complained i received a call from a Manager who assured me that they would send some caps in the post and apologised for their error. No caps appeared so I spoke to the salesman, Ben, who assured me that he would send some. Lo and behold, nothing arrived. A further email to politely asking once again was met with silence. Poor show, my problem was obviously too trivial for them to be bothered about.
