        Ill be honest I dont normally write bad reviews but really disappointed. Went to soft play today with my 7 months old daughter, my husband and mother in law, talked to a girl that was the rudest person Ive ever met. Its not about customer service but just be nice with people. I understand you dont want to be there, kids scream all the time etc but then dont work in a soft play and dont take it out on people, we were super nice and this person was just so rude.
