        Quick (same day) and convenient delivery despite access not being great. Customer service second to none. Every single person we encountered from phone call - in store - delivery driver was extremely polite and above and beyond helpful. Additionally - not one sarcastic comment or dismissive behaviour about me being a woman which is a first for me and builders merchants in Herts. Price is extremely competitive. Couldnt be happier we have found this gem of a place and their very knowledgeable and professional staff.
