Good Friday opening time on the door 9am on the internet9am,people waiting at the door at 9,they decidet to stick on a side door a small print : open at 10.!! Reason? The Pharmacist could not be bodered to wake up for the peasants waiting for medication!

Don't judge the customer by her appearance. I may not look like it, bit I can and do buy quality goods. A couple of weeks ago I talked to a really helpful consultant about Clinique products. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember exactly what I wanted, so didn't buy anything. Today, I went back, hoping to give her the commission. However, in her place were two young girls who were more interested in their own conversation than the customer. One was standing in front of the Clinique display, blocking my view. After several minutes, without moving, she asked me if I was alright. Biting back the obvious response, I asked for the shade of lipstick I wanted to buy. She still didn't move, to let me get closer to the counter, and her colleague made a half-hearted search before saying she didn't think so. Needless to say, I turned tail and walked out. A shame, because Boots' cosmetics counters have probably lost a good customer because of the way that I was treated.
