March 17: so basically employees were lying all the way and no money were transfers to my account. I made a call to Santander and they told me that they will contact me within 3-5 days which was also lie because it did not happened. After I contact them again they told me that I have to go to the branch again. Which will cost me additional money. Basic thing about all of this that they do not give particular reason why they do so. Branch or people from telephone lines. Even so I have been in person with my ID in branch and also I passed all security checks. Which should already be considered law offense.

After hours spent on the phone the customer complaints department gave my daughter 20 compensation and we were told it was sorted. However the card still didnt work and the people in branch didnt know why. I gave up and transferred my accounts and my childrens. Please dont waste your time, no one in this branch has a clue! And the telephone banking is even worse.
