Nice reception, houses look nice but no infrastructure, shopping hopeless ,ok if you want to internet shop but beware it's spec building

I have bought a house on the Moorland Gate development and am more than happy with it. The quality build is far better than any other new builds I have experienced. My snagging list was a draft from under the patio doors where there was a 1inch gap in rubber draft excluder which was resolved. I wasn't happy with the strength of flow from the ensuite electric shower so they upgraded it without any issues. They even brought round a paint touchup kit for when the removals had moved me in! Couldn't be happier.

Please don't go with the free mortgage advisor suggested by them. And the sales team will give you false promises. I feel soo much of discrimination as well. When I asked the sales lady that where I can raise my concerns in David Wilson she said that they don't have such thing. If someone know the details of their higher management please comment below. Because I am soo much disappointed with their behavior and false promises. I never expect these kind of attitude from a five star rated home builder.
