        DO NOT BUY A BOVIS HOME. If you do, make sure you employ a consultant to fully check your house for defects all over including hidden features like electrics, pipework, heating and plumbing etc. The workmanship is really poor and Bovis aftersales are not hugely helpful during the warranty period and forget any support at all after the warranty. Watch out therefore for latent defects which will appear after your warranty expires. Read the Guardian article from 2017 about Bovis on how so many people have suffered. Good luck and get your house checked independently for defects and poor workmanship that Bovis wont help you with after warranty
