        We booked a stay at this gorgeous house for a hen do. Unfortunately we had to cancel due to Covid restrictions. The team have been brilliant and really helpful throughout.

        I had high hopes for this booking which was arranged for a close friends hen do. The images advertised were incredible and it was an easy book to secure because it looked divine. However, upon arrival the property looked completely different to the photos I saw online. The building was tired and dull looking. The furniture was completely different in several rooms as was the decor. There were stains on the carpets in the main front room and the hot tub did not work at all despite paying additional costs for the hot tub. It then took several months to recover the costs for the members of the party for the hot tub refund. On top of this, communications with the booking organiser were frustrating and lengthy as a reply was never prompt and took several days to a week to receive a response. All in all, take the images with a big pinch of salt.

        Recently stayed here for my 60th birthday celebrations . House is a excellent size for a large group it is clean but not spotless . Communication from owners is appalling , three weeks to confirm they had received payment despite several emails from me ( even spoke with ' group accommodation website to see if this was a hoax house ) We choose this house because of hot tub, so extra was paid for the use of and towels (which you would think towels were for hot tub use) , week before arrival Hot tub was out of order ,much to our disappointment. Money was reimbursed two days after leaving property but 60 of my money was held back, apparently , the towels ( very small and rough) you pay for with hot tub are for your use when showering , never in all my years of travelling you pay for use of towel, appalling.
