T Lewis Bottled Gas

If I could give less than 1 star I would rang Tom about 16 times in 4 days and messaged him 5 times first time I spoke to him he said he would call back and he never then kept calling him and he would not answere so rang him from a different phone and he answered and said he would call me back then and never called me back then blocked me on WhatsApp so i can't understand why he would want to do this to people and make them feel like they have done something wrong don't waste your time calling him if he is going to do this to people everyone has bad days but this is ridiculous there is just no need to do this to someone for no reason the best part of it is he was recommended so I will have to put that person in the picture this has cost me a lot of time this week what ever his problem is I hope you get over it then people won't have to put posts like this up

Bizarre experience! He supplied a gas bottle - good price, great service. He took away my empty Calor bottle and left a full bottle branded Tom Lewis gas. In due course I rang and asked him to exchange it for a full one. He agreed but the delivery has never happened. I've called several times and been made promises that were never kept. No one wants his bottle in exchange so it's going to cost me to start again with Flogas or Calor. Wish I'd never started with Tom Lewis - I'd still have a tradeable Calor cylinder. So in all unreliable, undependable, and not terribly trustworthy. If you use him you do so at your peril. Off now to my Flogas supplier with 40 deposit, and then to the tip with the Tom Lewis bottle.

The best gas ever! Gas is gas (probably) but the prices and service from Lewis Gas is second to none. We've tried a few local gas suppliers and Calor and he beats them all hands down. Lovely chap too
