Receiving a bike fit from Matt is like getting a tailored suit and my ebay bargain bike now feels like it was made for me. My ride feels sharp, comfortable and powerful and the process has given me more confidence. Matt's service goes beyond in depth biometrics and I'm sure the additional advice in specific flexibility exercise and upgrades for the future will be of great value. He's got a wealth of knowledge and nice guy just to chat to. During a chance encounter with an old pro on a ride who recommended Bike Fit Solutions he told me getting a bike fit would be the best money I could spend - I don't think he was wrong!

I have always planned to treat myself to a comprehensive bike fit since retiring, knowing that after 50 years plus of cycling it would be helpful to ensure the best fit as I start to increase the mileage on my new titanium bike. Matt offers a very comprehensive and thorough approach to matching rider to bike using his extensive knowledge and up to date technology. His attention to detail (both rider and bike!) is very impressive and the use of the before and after video sequences provide an excellent way of seeing the difference he can make to your riding technique in a session. All in all a highly professional service offered by an extremely knowledgeable and passionate technician. Very highly recommended!

After being fitted properly to my own bike I went on a 45 mile hard ride. Following Matts adjustments my bike felt faster and more responsive, there was no sign of the cramp that had previously been bothering me, and I had more energy post-ride. Matt clearly knows what hes doing! Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Bike Fit Solutions. Matt conducted a really thorough service, meticulously checking all elements of my set up to make sure I was comfortable on the bike and to give me the best chance of maximising those all important watts! And a top guy too!
