Hired VIP properties to renovate our bathrooms in our new house, and they have done a fantastic job. Really professional, nothing too big for them to do and very happy to sort out any issues that we had. I forgot to add a bathroom cabinet into the original quote and they installed it for me after the work was fully completed. Cant fault them at all. Vinny and his team are by far the best builders in Cheltenham. Their work is exemplary and they are a pleasure to have around. They are friendly, hardworking, honest and professional. Vinny is very responsive and always calls back within a few minutes whenever you have a query and he takes full ownership of the build so you never feel that youre on your own when inevitable problems arise. For us, completely due to my own mistakes we had planning permission concerns once the build was complete. Vinny was very supportive and offered to come down to the council / offered services of architects etc to ensure there were no hiccups. And he was right, there werent any problems, all ended well! They are also very competitive in their costs and keep you informed every step of the way if there are any changes to the initial quote. His team are fantastic, also very helpful and great with children. We are planning to use them for further building work just so we can have them back again. I recommend them whole heartedly.
