Bishops Cleeve post office is excellent and gives wonderful service, the staff are so friendly and helpful, it is essential and the focal point of the community

I have always found the service at the village PO to be very good, and I am surprised to see so many negative comments about the staff. However, I must admit that since Sanjay and his team have taken on the PO, the atmosphere and friendliness of all the staff is fantastic. There will always be queues, there will always be someone who needs extra attention etc, but this friendly team are keeping up the most excellent face to face customer service. With Cleeve now having no banks, the PO is really important for some people, and I hope this PO and the staff are here form many more years.
