Scottish Widows Pensions

I have got a personal pension scheme with them, and all I wanted my personal pension annual statement. The telephone call ending with 777 goes round and round (even waited for 18 mins to be connected to right department), their contact form on website cannot be submitted due to their technical error, web chat function (bot) suggest phone number, phone call suggest website. Also, I went to my personal login page, and even there I cannot see the annual statement due to "technical errors" - utter shamble from customer engagement point of view. Horrible service from such a big company.

A bunch of thieves! Their own policy states that if you change your mind, you can close an account within 28 days and receive all the money you've paid in, and then they don't honour that agreement and keep your money stating "you can't withdraw from you pension until retirement age". Closing an account which you're own terms say I'm allowed to do is not the same thing! I've reported them twice to the Pensions Regulation Authority and still haven't heard back from them.

Took 8 days to reply to my email, do no recommend, perhaps to answer a phone call would take a week
