        A fabulous opticians with wonderful staff I felt very looked after and cared for. Helen The optometrist was amazing I can't wait to go back and see her again.

        Not very happy at all, had to wait over two weeks for my glasses to arrive because the opticians messed up my lenses so they had to send them back again. Highly disappointed with Norville opticians!

        Great service! The optician is lovely and professional, explained everything really clearly. The reception and dispensing staff also were lovely, polite and friendly. I am now wearing my glasses as directed and will be attending my 12 month checkup rather than avoiding it.
