We recently sold our home using Cotswold Estate Agents, Bishops Cleeve. Selling a home can be very stressful and all the members of this Estate Agents were excellent in keeping us informed in regard to all aspects of this process helping us to relax and taking the stress out of selling. We owned a park home and the rules for selling are very different to other properties. Sharon is the best. She is aware of all the legal rules and is up to date with required paperwork making the process run smoothly. This not only helped us but also assisted the buyers to be able to complete without added expenses. Every member of the team are fantastic, led by the owner Simon. The service I received from Cotswold Estate Agents was first class and could not be faulted. So much better to deal with an independent agent who cares rather than a national company with paid staff who do not have the same interest. I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone interested in selling or buying property, they went beyond what I would have expected.
