        Throughout the buying process from viewings to final sale, Peter Ball we're so helpful and friendly. Erica in particular gave us so much support when communication between solicitors was proving difficult and kept the whole sale going.

        Peter Ball sold the house we recently purchased, which was under a strict timeline to complete due to mortgage offer expiry. The team at Peter Ball, particularly Dionne, did a fantastic job of chasing solicitors and communicating with the vendor on our behalf. In the end we managed to complete with a week to spare, but without Dionne and the team, I'm certain that the chain would have fallen through. Highly recommended.
