        Life gives us all challenges, stress through work, relationships, health problems, pain, anxiety, insomnia. For me it was the last two. Whatever your challenge Steve's course gives you a toolkit to meet those challenges I thoroughly recommend it. All for just the price of a coffee and cake per week and two hours spent in pleasant company
