        After years of suffering from depression and anxiety I went to see Haylee as I was lacking in motivation and my self worth was at an all time low. Having had many Counselling sessions and seeing an array of Cognitive Behaviour Therapists over the years I never felt that it really helped. Deep down I thought I was a lost cause. After 5 sessions with Haylee I feel like a completely different person and feel empowered to finally move forward with my life, a stronger more confident person. I cant thank Haylee enough, she made me feel at ease throughout all the sessions and was very professional.

        Haylee helped me with both my social anxiety as well as driving anxiety. I have had one session for each and the difference is amazing. I would highly recommend for anyone with anxiety or other mental health concerns.
