Think this is the best new build development in Bishop's Cleeve. This is a small development of approx 50-70 houses. The house designs are art-deco and part of the Redrow Heritage collection and look lovely. The houses look well designed, the roads are wide (and have already been adopted by Tewkesbury C.C.) and there has been plenty of foliage, trees and shrubs planted that will enhance the development in future years. There are even bus stops on the road at the entrance to the development and Bishop's Cleeve village centre is approx half a mile away which has quite a few independent shops including a great Fruit & Veg shop, a butchers, a gift shop, Post Office, a couple of pubs and of course Tesco's and the new Lidl store. The other house builders in the area would do well to take a look at what has been accomplished here.
