Myself and family would have no hesitation in recommending Alexander Burn. From beginning to end Will and his staff have been very professional, sympathetic and caring during this sad time. It all went very smoothly and we had so many people come up to us when we left the chapel saying what a lovely service. We had a lot of help and advice from Will which made the day more bearable for us.

I cannot thank the Bishops Cleeve office enough, for their care and professionalism shown to our family when we lost our mum recently. From the very first initial call, the staff were caring and attentive, making the process as easy as possible under very difficult circumstances. Our very sincere thanks go to Will Bell, who organised the church service and interment at the cemetery, going above and beyond to tailor everything to suit our wishes throughout. He made several calls to check on specific details and provided the music as requested for the church and also at the cemetery. This added a very personal touch for which we cannot thank him enough. I would not hesitate to recommend Alexander Burn Limited, Bishops Cleeve. They are excellent.
