We had a loss of gas at my unit and this company were excellent in there help in resolving the matter. I got guidance on what equipment I could hire for the circuits I had. I extended easily enough and then managed to cancel when we had gas back. A very professional company who dealt with all my needs very quickly.

Very poor service. No communication on the possible length of time items are sent, no apology when items are not collected. No results to enquiries regarding incorrect charges. I would never recommend this comapany.

I have not come across an incompetent company ever. I have now been out of a freezer for over 3 weeks now, took them 5 days to get an engineer out to site. Kept on promising with callbacks and updates but nothing. I have lost over 3 weeks of sales and stock. The worst customer service ever. Today I have emailed..I was promised an update before midday...and I am still waiting it's now 4.30pm. No one is answering calls... Not even worth the 1 star rating In my opinion do not use this company.

Prior to today I would have gladly rated 5 stars. However after how I was treated today as a loyal customer for over two years, I have to rescind that high rating. I was promised an engineer would come to me on a given day to repair my defective equipment, that didn't happen and I received no communication as to why it didn't. I phoned and was promised a feedback in 20min, never heard from them, I had to call back. Now if you don't have an update after 20 mins promised, you still hold your promise and say I don't yet have an update and communicate with the customer properly. I then tried to politely explain my grouse and gross inconvenience of having a defective equipment which they promised to repair and I had to phone put down on me. I phoned back immediately and was further told "get off the phone, the engineer will call you". That is an unheard-of lack of professionalism and customer service. You have let yourselves down.
